For those that are looking to download the newly available Quickr Hotfix 19 today, unfortunately IBM seem to have missed the new automated installer from the download package. Therefore, you may wish to hold off downloading until a little later.
I'll update you as soon as I know more.

19 seems to be gone. Hope it'll be back soon with the installer.

The HF19 installer for Windows (a jar file and a separate doc file) is now showing up at Fix Central.
