Just a note in case others (or more likely I) hit this issue in the future...

On installing Lotus Domino 8.5.1FP, then Lotus Quickr 8.2 and HF09, I managed to get my Quickr server to crash every time it started up, citing "File does not exist" (but of course without mentioning the file that was missing).  Taking HTTP out of the ServerTasks line in the Notes.ini stopped the crash, but as soon as HTTP was loaded, it occurred again.

After some fiddling with the SSO setup and Home page didn't sort it, it seemed to be linked to the databases that were present (or more correctly, missing) in the /LotusQuickr/LotusQuickr directory.  My server only had two of the four DBs one would expect.

Fix? Stop the server, move the /LotusQuickr/LotusQuickr directory sideways, restart the server (and HTTP).  The directory gets recreated with all four DBs and the issue goes away.  This old Technote covers the issue.
