Still on Lotus Quickr 8.0.x?  Now, might be the time to consider planning your upgrade to Quickr 8.2 or even the forthcoming Quickr 8.5 release:

Software withdrawal and support discontinuance: IBM Lotus Quickr V8.0

Effective on the dates listed below, IBM will withdraw from marketing part numbers from the following product release licensed under the IBM International Program License Agreement:

So IBM has given notice that you have just over a year to get upgraded or drop off support.  Given the major improvements in Lotus Quickr 8.2 (particularly around performance and ease of use), I wouldn't leave it that long!
