Jan at Opus Neo, a key Quickr partner in Denmark, has announced:

We at Opus Neo (Design Partner for Quickr) has decided to give away our own developed Ajax-function library - Neo.Ajax - that we use almost everyday when building solutions for Quickr/QuickPlace.

If you're not ready for the Dojo toolkit, then is a great starting point to build those dynamic applications.
