The Lotus Quickr community is really looking vibrant at the moment - must be that Lotusphere spirit ;-)

Jan at Opus Neo, a key Quickr partner in Denmark, has announced:

Have you ever needed one or more of the following functionalities?
- Create a dynamic selection list with values from other documents. The selection list values can also be dependent on a previously selected option in another field
- Use the good old @functions dbColumn and dbLookup?
- Call a placebot/agent in the background to validate or get some information to the front end?
- Get the content of a folder/view into a document

We at Opus Neo (Design Partner for Quickr) has decided to give away our own developed Ajax-function library - Neo.Ajax - that we use almost everyday when building solutions for Quickr/QuickPlace.

If you're not ready for the Dojo toolkit, then is a great starting point to build those dynamic applications.
Neo.Ajax wraps all the technical stuff in an easy-to-use package where you simply pick the relevant function and use it. The Neo.Ajax package controls the xml call, browser compatibility and processes the xml data for you.

We have included a lot of easy-to-use functions to perform the most common things like:

Download it for FREE from our website under "Downloads".
The download contains a QuickPlace with some samples of use.

This is more great news for those developing business applications in Lotus Quickr, can't wait to hear more in the next week.
