1) Where did you get that list from?
Fix central doesn't list hotfix 12 (French translation) for me; but we have clients with French Quickr installations. Could you please post the link where you got that list from?
2) Readme
Hi Gerald, This list came from the Readme that is included in the HF13 package. I am not convinced that HF12 was ever released publicly, so you will need to get HF13 and install this instead.
