Lotus Quickr connector for Microsoft Outlook
Work with Lotus Quickr documents directly from Microsoft Outlook. With the Outlook connector installed, you can drag-and-drop documents from Outlook into a Lotus Quickr place, and easily insert links to Lotus Quickr documents into an email. Messages and attachments that you receive in Outlook email can be saved to a Lotus Quickr place as an archive, or to streamline organization of all your work in a central location.

Lotus Quickr connector for Lotus Notes
Right-clicking a document or folder in the Places list in the sidebar of the Lotus Notes client opens a context menu containing actions you can perform on the documents, such as e-mailing a link to it or chatting about it with another place member, downloading it, or checking it out for updates. Drag and drop from the Places list to a document is also supported. Enhanced preferences improve how email attachments are handled. Users can select whether to always send attachments or instead to send links to the place where the attachments reside.

Enhanced preferences improve how email attachments are handled. If your Lotus Sametime implementation is embedded in Lotus Notes, the Places shelf appears in the Lotus Notes sidebar.

Lotus Quickr Entry
A simple, easy-to-use version of Lotus Quickr you can use to manage your personal and public files. It provides a smaller set of functions, but performs many basic file management tasks such as uploading, downloading, and sharing files. You can sort and filter a list of files, as well as search for files. Quickr Entry offers several view styles, so you can find and organize your files.

Lotus Quickr Services for Lotus Domino
Create real versions (not just revisions) with full rollback capability and allow place non-members to have Reader access to place content without needing to log in. Developers can use new APIs that enable better integration with enterprise content management systems, such as IBM Content Manager and IBM FileNet P8.

Services for Lotus Domino only: Place Administration
Manage places, templates, and policies. You can assign polices to places and templates, view place summaries, lock and unlock places, send mail about your place, create policies, and more. To begin, click Place Administration from the footer of the site.
